Mortgage Loan Originator - Real Estate Department - Middle Tennessee Region

Position Description: Interview applicants for all types of real estate loans, work-up credit packages and coordinate closings. Considerable tact and judgment is essential. Work involves detail documentation and complex operations. Timeliness of work crucial to meet deadlines. Represent the Bank in a friendly and professional manner. Prefer good working knowledge of other Bank products/services in order to effectively cross sell services and make referrals to other areas.

Qualifications: Requires the ability to communicate with customers one on one in a friendly/courteous manner. Excellent customer and employee relationship skills, knowledge of Bank products, team worker, problem solving skills and strong computer skills. Good organizational skills are required. Ability to work with minimum supervision is desired. Experience in lending and real estate transactions is preferred.

Working Conditions: Available to work Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Ability to meet deadlines is crucial. Team atmosphere. Offices are located in Cool Springs, Spring Hill, and Nolensville.

Wage Level: Negotiable base plus commission (commissions are paid monthly)

Loan Administrative Assistant - Martin Financial Center - Martin, TN

Position Description: The responsibility of the Loan Administrative Assistant is to assist Loan Officer(s) in the processing of new loans, renewals and other customer relationship needs. It is the Loan Administrative Assistant’s responsibility to represent the bank in a friendly and professional manner. Considerable tact and judgment is essential. The job will include document processing and routine tasks that may involve confidential and/or sensitive information. Work involves detailed documentation and complex operations. Timeliness of work is crucial. Embrace and implement “Welcome Home” experience as you interact with external and internal customers.

Qualifications: Knowledge of Excel and Word programs are necessary. Working knowledge of Bank’s loan processing function, Bank’s general ledger system and budget process. Excellent customer centric skills are necessary. Good organizational and administrative skills and ability to prioritize time required to complete multiple tasks.  Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy. Must possess good problem solving skills. Previous lending experience preferred.

Disclosure Specialist - Real Estate Department - Dyersburg, TN

Position Description: Duties include preparing early disclosures and re-disclosures on all mortgage loan types. Prepare loan closing packages, coordinate loan closings with attorneys and third party closing agents. Verify accuracy of loan and application documents. Disburse loan proceeds (on-line entry and wire transfers). Ship closed loan packages to respective investor. Send post-closing documents to investor and process suspense items. Other duties deemed necessary.

Qualifications: A minimum of three to five years of loan processing experience preferred and one to two years of real estate documentation and closing experience preferred. Requires knowledge of bank’s loan policies and procedures. Must be self-motivated, resourceful, creative and attentive to detail. Basic organization, multi-tasking, and problem solving skills are needed along with the ability to work well and remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to organize and analyze loan document information, title opinions and commitments. Must have strong computer skills.

Hourly Wage Level I: $14.00 to $17.00 plus incentive plan
