Position Description:  Responsible for daily management of assigned portfolios including both new and existing Bank clients. Position Description: Manages early disclosure compliance process in a timely manner. Process closed loan files for shipping to Mortgage Investors. Insure that files are being shipped by expiration date to insure no losses to FirstCNB. Insure the post-closing documents are shipped as instructed to investors promptly after closing. Work very closely with closing companies in preparing closing packages purchase and refinance transactions. Considerable tact and judgment is essential.  Work involves detail documentation and complex operations.  Must be constantly aware of consumer compliance regulations. Comply with federal law regarding Bank Secrecy Act/Anti Money Laundering (BSA/AML) Program by understanding and adhering to the BSA/AML Policy and Procedures. Timeliness of work is crucial to meet deadlines.

Qualifications: A minimum of three years of loan experience preferred and one to two years of real estate experience preferred. Credit Analyst I - Keith Street Financial Center - Cleveland, TN

Position Description: The Credit Analyst I position is an entry level position and is primarily in training.  The position is filled by someone who is new to the underwriting credit analysis culture, possessing no or minimal experience or knowledge.  Their work is to progress from simple analysis/reports and other basic credit functions to moderately complex analysis/reports.  They may possess only a basic understanding of First Citizens National Bank’s lending philosophy. They will need to ask questions on a frequent basis and require ongoing oversight and coaching by the Senior Credit Analyst.   Candidates that excel in the program are considered for advancement opportunities as Credit Analyst II and Senior Credit Analyst. Primary job functions: Credit Analysis (in accordance with bank policies and procedures); Receive, organize and review all financial data and determine need for additional information; Utilize Financial Analyzer and Credit Quest Software in financial statement/cash flow assessment; Analyze financial data, spreadsheets and reports identifying credit strengths and weaknesses, potential risks to the bank and likeliness of repayment of debt; Communicate with lenders on the results of the analysis to allow additional input and information to ensure an accurate and fair analysis of financial information; Make recommendations to lending officers on analysis concerns that may help strengthen credits; Prepare written narrative outlining the results of the financial analysis and calculations; Provide customer service and develops relationships with internal customers (lenders); Actively participates and communicates in the team-based work groups that make up the Credit Department; Maintain accurate credit files; Attends in Loan Committee meetings; Other tasks and special projects as assigned by Loan Administration.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred. Computer skills in Microsoft Excel are required (experience with formulas, charts, graphs, etc.) and 1-2 years experience utilizing Microsoft Office. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential.  Ability to prioritize work requests and meet deadlines is a must. Detail oriented.  Must possess effective business writing and professional communication skills.  Basic to Intermediate knowledge of balance sheets, income statements, Federal tax returns (individual, partnerships, & corporations) are a necessary skill for the job. Understanding and capable of constructing cash flow statements and financial calculations.
